Why my PCB pcba stencil can not pay?

Payment cannot be made under the following conditions:

1. PCB, stencil, or PCBA files have not been uploaded.

2. PCB, stencil, or PCBA are under auditing.

3. PCB, stencil, or PCBA audit did not pass.
